E-Plus kauft Blau.de

KPN, ein niederländischer Telekom-Konzern und Eigentümer von E-Plus hat den deutschen Mobilfunkdiscounter Blau.de übernommen. Blau.de nutze bereits das Netz von E-Plus und hatte zuletzt rund 600.000 Kunden. Gekostet soll KPN die Übernahme rund 80 bis 100 Mio. Euro. Kein schlechter Preis für die Blau.de Eigentümer, pro Kunde hat KPN 133 bzw. 166 Euro gezahlt.
